Ambyr
Certified Fitness Trainer and Founder
Hi, I’m Ambyr.
Training has been a consistent part of my life since 2018. Over time, it became more than just working out — it’s how I maintain strength, mobility, energy, and mental clarity.
I’m a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and my approach is built on both education and years of hands-on experience — lifting, running, and training in Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu.
I don’t train for extremes or quick results.
I train to stay capable, to feel strong in everyday life, and to build something that lasts. That’s the same approach I bring to coaching.
I understand how overwhelming fitness can feel — especially with constant information, conflicting advice, and no clear direction.
My goal is to simplify that.
To give you structure, build your confidence, and help you feel comfortable in your training — so fitness becomes something that supports your life, not something that feels like another task to get through.
Because the goal isn’t just progress while you’re being coached.
It’s knowing you can continue on your own.
